Jennifer Brooks has been a licensed real estate sales agent for nearly 22 years. She was initially licensed in Illinois, then returned to Colorado, where she helped drive sales in a family-owned real estate business. She moved back to Florida in 2019, ending up on the Treasure Coast.

A native of Florida, Jennifer was born in Rockledge grew up on Merritt Island, and currently resides in South Brevard County. She attended The University of Illinois in Champaign, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. Hobbies include golfing, boating, paddle boarding, and many other outdoor activities the Sunny state of Florida has to offer year-round!

With a head for analyzing market trends and research, Jennifer is adept at determining market value and promoting her customers’ properties. This gives her broad market reach in locating the perfect home for her buyers and the right buyer for her sellers.

Experienced in writing contracts and sales proposals, Jennifer confidently prepares documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements. She is skilled at showing homes, hosting open houses, scheduling inspections, and arranging closings.

Jennifer specializes in residential, acreage, golf communities, land, and rentals and is interested in equine properties. Jennifer is anxious to share her love of Florida with new residents looking for their dream home.
